Our department is responsible for responding to vital emergencies and various alert levels.
For this reason, scheduled treatments and doctor appointments may occasionally need to be postponed and rescheduled.
If you have received an SMS, please follow the instructions provided.
If you have a doctor’s appointment, it will be rescheduled at the next available time, and we will contact you with the new details.
If you have a treatment scheduled, it will be moved to the next available time.

I received a text message that my next appointment has been cancelled, what does this mean?
If you have received an SMS that the next appointment (for treatment or interview with a doctor) has been cancelled, this means that the hyperbaric chamber is in use attending complex emergency cases, which may last for long hours or days of continued use, and in these cases we notify you by SMS.
The treatment will be given on the next calendar business day as possible, or following the instructions in the SMS. The treatment is not deducted from the total remaining, it is simply moved up one day. If you cannot attend, our staff will help you to rearrange the dates.
Other reasons (very rare) could be due to technical matters:

Safety pre-treatment checklists.

Poor ambient air quality due to volcanic gases.

Abundant tremors or earthquakes due to volcanic activity.

Red weather alert.
